In collaboration with The Ministry of Casual Living (@ministryofcasualliving) and multidisciplinary poet/artist, Tracy Wai de Boer(@tracy._________), we are hosting "Galloping in the Pitch: An Interdisciplinary Feminist Literary Event" July 19th.

This call is open to poets and writers of any stage. Yes! Even if you've never read publicly before. Yes! Even if you're emerging and it's been a minute since you've read. Yes! Even if you're mid-career and you miss the warmth of community events. Submissions from IBPOC, LGBTQA2S+, SWers, neurodivergent, dis-/differently abled, chronically ill, & allies welcome!

Please send a short bio (150 words max.) and your written work to: [email protected]. We are soliciting readings of 1-5 minutes in length (exceptions may be made for longer readings if it's the right fit). Deadline to submit is July 7th at midnight P.T.

About the Host: Tracy Wai de Boer (she/her) is an award-winning multidisciplinary poet, artist, and PhD candidate. She believes in artistic expression as a powerful conduit for voice, community, and care. As a generalist and multidisciplinary artist, she combines her broad knowledge, technical skill, observations and experiences to create work that is both deeply personal and universal in its humanity.
