Event Description

The Prids are a four-piece from Portland, Oregon that surgically remove the tweed from the dreamy lush soundscapes that one might be tempted to label "shoegazing".

Immaculate Machine play quirky new-wave tinged pop that calls to mind Tom Verlaine or The Talking Heads.

"Glide, Screamer" ... Happily swinging the mallet left behind by The Smiths, The Jesus & Mary Chain, and The Cure, The Prids take the music of the ancients and propel it out of the doomy-gloomy dark corners of mopeyness into ass-shaking rock."
