Event Description

Victoria Folk Music Society weekly gathering: Everyone—welcome Jam at 6:45pm, Open Stage at 7:30pm, Multi-features start at 8:45pm; Friendship Hall (formerly Norway House) 1110 Hillside Avenue, $8 cash at the door

8:45pm La Vie Ensemble, a husband-and-wife duo with diverse experience, present original songs, French chansons, and reimagined covers. Hélène is a singer-songwriter, author, and speaker who adds foot percussion and concertina to their sound, while David is a classical guitarist, composer, singer-songwriter, and educator. Together they create intimate, heartfelt performances that connect audiences through music and shared moments.

9:10pm Choralina Chanté is a Vancouver Island–based folk/soul singer-songwriter currently performing across the island as part of her 2026 tour. Known for her soulful voice and stripped-back acoustic style, she brings a natural, engaging presence to the stage. Her performances feature original music and reimagined cover songs, delivered with honesty and a strong voice!

9:35pmThe Three Amigos are Jeff Terrell, Rob Philips, and Bruce Tobin. Together, they write all their own tunes - a blend of folky country and acoustic rock - with Bruce and Jeff playing guitars and Rob playing percussion for songs you'll never hear on the radio, but that you’re sure to enjoy and remember!
