With a stunning backdrop of Willows Beach, these outdoor concerts gather the community to celebrate music and the arts. Our concerts highlight local musicians with emerging artists as opening acts. Presented by Oak Bay Parks, Recreation and Culture.
Kele Fleming is a singer-songwriter who currently resides in Victoria, BC. Kele gracefully weaves the vulnerability of traditional folk with the raw power of rock and roll. Her voice is a thunderstorm of emotion and grit that generously pours into the souls of her listeners.
r.mason is singer-instrumentalist Rebecca Barritt, guitar player Jonathan Blokmanis, and bass player Aaron Blair. The group blends soulful songwriting with explorative moods to cook up a project high in tension, desperation and vulnerability. Textured vocal tones with classically influenced electronic keys, gritty atmospheric guitar, and attractive beats, immersing listeners in the heart and depth of their evocative soundscapes.

These are some of the meta themes that run through the music of flamboyant indie-rocker 'Sail Cassady' who hails from Victoria, BC. Their debut album ‘Juniper’ documents the torture and delights of the artists own grueling process of self-discovery and gives you a glimpse into the subterranean realms of the Sail Cassady consciousness.
