One song did not define the man, but his legendary status grew with Hallelujah.
It’s the life of Canadian poet, singer, and songwriter Leonard Cohen. With archival footage, personal journals, and moving testimonials. The song itself, according to Cohen, took four years to write. He was a busy dude but when his song did drop, everyone stopped and listened. Even Shrek got in the action. “That’ll do, donkey.”
Thankfully (notice I didn’t use the obvious word), this movie is at the Vic.
