This event will take place on Lekwungen Territory.

Ann-Bernice Thomas is a multi-disciplinary artist, creating work in poetry, theatre, film, dance, prose, and music. Since moving to Victoria in 2014, Ann-Bernice has been the city’s Youth Grand Slam Champion (2015), and the Youth Poet Laureate (2016). They are currently touring two Fringe shows including LUB DUB, which they co-created and are performing in from August 26th to September 1st at the Victoria Fringe Festival.

Hale & Hearty is a husband-and-wife duo with cellos and other stringed things. Founded in Florida between a tide pool and a motel parking lot and forged into reality in a garage in Toronto, Hale & Hearty are the self-styled floor fiddlers every F-hole lovin’ audience is hunting for.
