Students from Camosun College's School of Business are partnering with local non-profit organization, VIDEA, to put the FUN, in Fundraising!
For ONE night only, we invite you to join us for our charity fundraising event, Battle for Change...
Experience an unforgettable evening of live musical entertainment, and a friendly battle of bands duel! Get ready for an all-out rockin’ good time! We have an exciting lineup of local bands including the popular Klubovader, Oceanside85, and The New Owners. From indie electric rock to EDM, danceable Synthwave and Industrial, there’s something for everyone.
Audiences are invited to participate by voting on their favourite acts of the night. Audiences will also have the chance to win fabulous items from our silent auction tables with bids. A portion of your ticket and 100% of the proceeds from the silent auction go to VIDEA and Women for Change in Zambia.
VIDEA is a local charitable organization that works to engage youth and communities in Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa to help reach global sustainable development goals. Money raised from this event will help train and educate youth in Zambia to become leaders in their communities by sending them to the International Rural Youth Conference.
VIDEA initiatives support programs in education, health, economic development, women’s empowerment and gender equality.
