Event Archive - The 11th Annual Integrate Arts Festival:

Sun. August 27th 2017 - Sun. August 27th 2017 @  636 Fort St. (All Ages)
All Day

Whether by foot, by bike, or by bus, explore an integration of the arts in Victoria!

The Integrate Arts Festival (formerly known as “Off the Grid Arts Festival”) was developed in 2006. The event included an en masse art crawl (a movement in large groups from gallery space to gallery space) and acted as a celebration of small galleries, artist-run centres, and alternative arts. In its years of existence, the festival has grown in leaps and bounds. In 2012 the project was re-branded as the Integrate Arts Festival and was incorporated as a society – the Integrate Art Society. Last year, thanks to the support of the community and festival sponsors, we had 2,000 attendees throughout the festival.

We can't wait to show you what we have planned for 2017!

The Integrate Arts Festival map will guide the public to a variety of exhibitions and events at participating galleries, publicly accessible studios, and various sites throughout the city. You can access the map using the Integrate brochure (found at participating locations) as well as on our website. We encourage participants to walk or bike to each site. A family-friendly bike tour will be offered on Sunday afternoon for optimal enjoyment of the festival. For those requiring more accessibility, a bus will be available on Saturday evening to circulate participants throughout the Victoria area. The route will be posted on our website, on social media, and in the brochure.

Everything is FREE! All participating galleries, parties, events, and performances are free during the festival crawl. Some public galleries will revert to admission fees or 'by donation' on Sunday.
