Cast (Ben Brown and Jessica Léger) is extremely excited to release their debut album, "For the Body's Sake". Recorded with Juno award-winning producer/engineer Chris Gestrin over two years, the twelve song album captures the duo's effort to create music that features rhythm and voice as the focal points of both composition and performance. The resulting album capture's their stripped down sound that is at once intimate and immense.
