Event Description
the CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS LITKICKIN'COMBO
We are combining the celebrations of CHRISTMAS and NEW YEARS in ONE EXTRAVAGANZA OF A SHOW! As CAFE MONTMARTRE WILL BE CLOSED from DEC. 20 2004 TO JAN. 9 2005, this will be the last TWH of the year!!!
Some of Vancouver's finest musicians and spoken word artists will be gracing us with their holiday-oriented sounds, including the SVELT MS. SPELT'S rendition of THE GRINCH WHO STOLE CHRISTMAS. International accordion phenomenon GEOFF BERNER will surely have some ironic stocking stuffers for our eager ears, and host/emcee T.PAUL STE. MARIE will be gifting the audience with DOOR PRIZES, GIFTS, a 50/50 DRAW AND MORE!!!
The special guests, FERNANDO RAGUERO, GEOFF BERNER, the SVELT MS. SPELT, DANIEL SYPYVINSKI, DJ KEROUAC and CASSIDY, and RICK KEATING will be followed by the TWH OPEN MIC, so if you're a musician or poet or stand-up comedian, c'mon out and celebrate with us!!!
