Art Gallery Drop-In Tour: Traces

Event Description

Like the work of all good storytellers, the artists in this exhibition captivate the viewer with their imagined worlds informed by eerily familiar narratives. Through each artist’s distinct vision of humanity, these illusory spaces—in some cases haunted by either memory or mythology—reflect back to us ugliness, despair, complexity, beauty, opulence, and frivolity.

Exhibition tours led by experienced Gallery Docents occur weekly, on Saturday and Sunday, plus the first Tuesday and fourth Thursday of the month. Tours are a great way to learn about art history, put our exhibitions into context, and delve deeper into the themes being presented. Included with Gallery admission or free with membership.
