Sharon Stone

After 30+ years of working life in health care, policy, planning, communications and performance management, Stone found herself interested in learning to paint. After taking a few classes and having her paintings assessed, she was told that she needed to learn the basics. On taking early retirement, Stone closeted herself away in 2007 and painted continuously for 4 months. Reviews from an art instructor and 2 other respected, well known artists were favourable. Stone made the decision to continue to paint.

Stone paints both representational and absrtact works in acrylics. She loves to travel and discover subject new to her.
