As a live music venue, the downstairs “Sanctuary” provides a very comfortable, intimate space brought to life by local artist and neighbour Zebulon Lael Austin.
Boasting an unprecedented 14 local cottage brew beers on tap from all over the province, The Alibi Room underscores it’s status as a truly unique venue by providing customers with hard to find products with a local theme.
Our comfort food inspired menu makes use of the many fantastic local farmers and organic producers, such as Polderside Farms, In-Season Farms and Sloping Hill Farms.
As you reach what many people think is the end of Gastown where Water and Carrall Streets collide, look east along Alexander Street. Off the beaten path you will see the square neon signs of the Alibi Room. You’re home.
