Monster Love

Monster Love formed in Victoria, British Columbia, in late 2015 following a clear consensus that the world needs more Rock n’ Roll. With the radio pushing more hipster-folk and bourgeois R&B, Trevor (guitar), Birdie (vocals), Kyle (bass) and Jayden (drums) decided to take matters into their own hands and inject more guitar solos, riffs and badass antics into the town of the newly wed and nearly dead. Regularly convening in the Monster Love Laboratory (Trev’s basement), Monster Love draws influence from heavy 70s rock riffs, Funk rhythms, Jazz beats and Sultry Blues with lyrics relevant to modern issues and Vancouver Island’s unique culture.
