Michael Malarkey

Michael Malarkey is a dynamic and versatile talent who has channeled personalities and characters such as Elvis in the West End production of the Million Dollar Quartet, and J Gatsby in The Great Gatsby. He's currently playing the role of Enzo in hit US TV series The Vampire Diaries.

Before moving to London to study at the prestigious acting academy LAMDA, Michael concentrated on music in his hometown of Ohio. Playing in various punk and hardcore bands he eventually got bored of screaming and focused on teaching himself guitar and working on self penned songs. He eventually developed a style that merged his punk roots tonarrative based and intricately picked acoustic songs that contain angst, humour, love and betrayal in equal measure.

With his acting career aggressively in the assent, Michael has simultaneously and relentlessly cultivated a body of music that will forge both worlds and establish him as a huge talent that the entertainment industry will be proud to boast about.
