Zoo!:
Calgary’s Zoo! is a surf-infused indie rock band blending jangly guitars, driving rhythms, and a raw, sun-soaked energy inspired by the Australian rock scene. Their sound balances laid-back textures with explosive live intensity, capturing the feeling of late nights, long drives, and living loudly.
A rising force on the live circuit, Zoo! has shared the stage with Vancouver’s Uncle Strut, opened for nationally touring act Kasador, and recently completed a Western Canadian tour alongside indie legends Sea of Lettuce. Known for their high-energy, crowd-connecting performances, the band is quickly establishing itself as a must-watch act in Canada’s indie rock scene.
The Shindigs:
The Shindigs are an indie rock band from Vancouver Island, Canada. Blending influence from funk to punk and everything in between, they've shaped a unique sound that will catch the listener's ear, and deliver an fun energy that brings a crowd to their feet.
Comprised of childhood friends, frontman Shea Peoples, lead guitarist Jacob Sampson, drummer Matty Daniels, bassist Tev Uslu, and rhythm guitarist Alex Peabody formed The Shindigs in 2023 and have continued to grow ever since. Amassing over 100k plays on Spotify and performing in sold-out theatres across Western Canada supporting Cameron Whitcombs 'Hundred Mile High' Tour, have been some notable highlights for 2025.
Blu Beach Band:
Hailing from small-town Southeast Saskatchewan, Blu Beach Band is an indie rock group making waves in the Canadian music scene with their blend of ’70s yacht rock and indie pop, a relentless gig schedule, and their laidback, goofy charm. Behind that onstage persona, these childhood best friends work tirelessly on their craft.
In just two years, they’ve released two LPs: A Dog’s Breakfast and 2023’s No Guff, which racked up over 300,000 streams and nearly half a million YouTube views through their DIY videos. Along the way, they’ve toured Canada, played major festivals including NXNE, Gateway, Ness Creek, and Sask Jazz, and earned spins on countless radio stations and blogs.
With growing crowds, a buzzing online following, and a knack for catchy indie rock anthems, Blu Beach Band is proving themselves a Canadian force to be reckoned with.
