Vancouver's biggest and longest running dark alternative party & socializer is coming to the island for the first time ever, for a full venue takeover and makeover at the Capital Ballroom! Think : DJs, dancing, custom built dance cages on the dancefloor, fog machines, blacklights, gargoyles, chains & more! Summon up a squad and come dance! 300+ souls expected!

Coffin Club has a broad appeal across many scenes, including those who love 80s parties, fetish events, and those who just love to dance to weird & cool underground alternative & electronic music.


We welcome all age groups 19-65+, all gender expressions, all body types, in all-inclusive social environment where we celebrate personal and musical diversity!


COFFIN CLUB was originally named SANCTUARY, before a change of name 6 years ago, to reflect a new, modernized and reinvigorated era! Established in 1997 and running continuously since then, this next year we are celebrating 30 years of providing dark, cult, and counter-culture parties! We are beyond excited to share a slice of Vancouver history with our spooky Victoria brothers and sisters for one magical night!
