Event Description

Two award-winning Victoria performers are teaming up for the first time to explore memory through both dance and words. Broken Rhythms Dance Company and Paper Street Theatre’s Dave Morris will present back to back productions that explore how and why we remember and why we cling to some memories and want to forget others.

1,000 Pieces of Pie: Have you ever experienced math phobia and wanted to dance about it? Broken Rhythms is ready to serve up some delicious dancing π with a twist (and a few turns).

1,000 Pieces of π : Winner of multiple “Pick of the Fringe” awards

52 Stories is a storytelling show that takes place inside the memory palace of Pick-of-the-Fringe award winning storyteller and improviser Dave Morris. One part memorization trick, one part storytelling show. Come and enjoy some heartwarming and heartbreaking stories of family, friends, love, loss, and of course, memory.

“This is a storyteller with a trick, a memorizer with a story, and a Fringe show full of magic.”
