What to Expect:

Grounding: A centering practice designed to invite presence and connection.

Live Music: An intimate musical set by singer-songwriter Yarro (Eliza Bulchak-Healy), whose reflective artistry weaves themes of healing and renewal.

Mindfulness & Creativity: Engage in a blend of mindfulness and creative practices. Co-led by Coach Wumi (Wumi Agunbiade) and Yarro, the session is designed to deepen your connection to self and foster community reflection and renewal.
