Event Description

Kent Nicholson returns with some hard working rock ‘n roll to The Cove Inn for a solo performance on Thursday, July 24th and Thursday, August 21st, 2025 from 5-8pm.

Kent has been a part of the Kingston music scene for over 30 years. He was the lead singer for local favourite the Rain Kings for over 25 of those 30 years. His musical adventure has brought him to many parts of Canada and several cities in U.S. including performing as part of the Light of Day Foundation in New Jersey with Bruce Springsteen, Miss Emily and more! Kent’s solo performances include an eclectic choice of songs from a variety of genres which you can just listen to or if the mood strikes you, sing along. He also has a substantial repertoire of original songs if the timing is right.
