Event Description

Ricky Trooper:
The Sound Killah, Sound Trooper one of Kingston's most notorious deejay's comes to Vancouver for the very first time to big up the crowd while he drops the latest music coming straight out of Jamaica.
The name Sound Trooper is known around the world in the Reggae Dancehall genre as the talented sound killing machine. Known to his friends as Ricky Trooper the deejay got his name as a youth while playing in a marching band called the Magnificent Troopers. The deejay is infamous for his skills in the art of sound clashing. Although having played for many sound systems prior to his solo career, Sound Trooper attained global recognition for his days with the legendary sound system Killamanjaro. As one of Jamaica’s most notorious deejays, he performs in Vancouver for the very first time.
