JagaSilk's outdoor seating is open EVERY FRIDAY 12-4pm for Specialty Tea and House Dessert with LIVE MUSIC every FINAL FRIDAY! $20/per person includes a specialty tea and house dessert each plus entry to the live music outdoors in beautiful Nootka Court, downtown Victoria.
