Artist Talk and Tattoo Demo with Audie Murray and Nicole Neidhardt

Event Description

Join artists Audie Murray (Michif) and Nicole Neidhardt (Diné) for a live demonstration of cultural tattooing at Legacy Art Gallery Downtown or catch the event live on Facebook Live. The artists will be speaking about their practice and tattooing their loved ones using hand poke and other traditional Indigenous tattoo methods.

Opening prayer, drum circle, and artist talk begin at noon. Tattoo demonstration to follow. Entry is first come first serve and subject to gallery capacity.

Please note that proof of vaccination will be required to enter the gallery on the day of the event.
