Event Description

A solo painting exhibition by Margo Cooper.

As the pandemic recedes, the artist explores her renewed appreciation for simple, quiet pleasures in this new series of figurative abstract paintings. A limited palette varies from work to work, with white paint and cold wax providing unity. The overall effect suggests moments of calm reflection on the journey to reach the place, real or imagined, where we feel most at peace.
Artist in residence: October 12,15,20,23,27, 2-5 pm
