Event Description

"Composer and pianist Evan Crofton, also known by his pseudonym Alistair Blu, returns to Hermann’s Jazz Club on Friday, January 8th! Diving deep into the catalogues of composers such as Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, and Duke Ellington he will create an evening that highlights some of jazz’s finest arrangements and compositions. Originally from Victoria, BC, Crofton now resides in Montréal, Québec and performs and tours regularly with the 8-piece, Canadian soul-collective, Busty and the Bass."
