Event Description

Are you curious about watercolour but aren’t sure where to begin? This afternoon workshop will introduce you to watercolour painting through a series of basic exercises that demonstrate how to build simple, yet dynamic, compositions. The emphasis is on “play,” not on making finished paintings. You will learn how to hold the brush, how to mix colours and how to have fun by just making marks, shapes and well-designed compositions. Suitable for beginners.

For events that run over a range of consecutive dates. i.e. Art show, museum show etc.

List an Individual Artist / Artisan / Musician

(Painter, Carver, Dancer, Writer etc)

(Band / Choir /Dance Troupe, Theatre Troupe, Artist Collective etc.)

List an Organization / Resource in the Directory

(organization, business, venue etc)

Submit Art

Submit a piece of Art

Submit a piece of local public art to the gallery & map.
