Event Description

May marks Robert Bateman’s 89th Birthday (on May 24th), and the 6th Anniversary of the opening of the Gallery here in Victoria. Now known as the Bateman Foundation Gallery of Nature, we delighted to be doing more than ever to connect people to the magic of nature.

Join us in celebrating Robert’s birthday on Saturday, May 25th and enjoy:

- Free admission (with donations to the Bateman Foundation and our mission of connecting people to nature greatly appreciated)
- Plumage: The Majestic Art of Birds, now in its final month
- Bird activities in the Roost, and a scavenger hunt through the Gallery
- Bateman 360: a fascinating Virtual Reality experience, presented by Robert Bateman (VR available from 11am until 5pm)

Plus, make sure you sign the giant personalized card for Robert himself!
