CURL Trio

Event Description

CURL Trio, from Victoria, BC, is Helen Davies (vocals, guitar), Susan Johnson (bass) and Dee Cooper (keyboards).

CURL Trio has been playing together for almost ten years. They have a wide repertoire, ranging from country to classic rock, but shine most when playing blues music.

Helen Davies is known for her expressive voice and vocal range. Susan Johnson is known for her solid feel and timing. Dee Cooper is known for her jazz chops and excellent piano solos. These women are the root of popular blues band, CURL.

CURL has two CDs to its credit: All My Fault (2013) and Under the Table Wine (2017).
