ILL PHIL, aka Phil Dolman has been DJ'ing for almost 15 years now, having played all over the world Phil is no stranger to the business. In early 2019 Phil announced his retirement from making music to pursue other ventures and spend more time with his family. An end to an unforgettable era of legendary house music and thousands of his fans are sad to see him go. But, also excited to see his final sets! Phil wants to go out with a BANG!
This is going to be Phil's last set ever in Victoria... expect a high energy set, packed full of exclusive
material! This is one you don't want to miss!
He has been part of a few other projects prior to this, he worked with the super producer Will Bailey AKA Lowsteppa for 3 years. Together they gave you 'Bass Weazal' & 'Punk Rolla' These projects saw Phil tour the States, and see most of Europe and even go as far as South Korea.
Radio 1 and Capital FM, KISS FM & many more have supported a lot of his productions, and continue to do so.
Phil also hosts a show called ‘The Friday Night Takeover’ on Locked In Radio via Facebook Live. This is a weekly show that goes out all over the world, and reaches a vast amount of listeners, around 30’000 a week.
Recently Phil has decided to stay his hand at the more bassy sounding music currently known as 'House & Bass' or 'Jackin House' With over 100 solid tunes to his name, he is a driving force in the UK scene playing all over the country every week.
Phil joined the prestigious 'Certified Jackin' brand. He now does 6 mixtapes a year which achieve huge listenership's, exceeding well into the 100's of thousands of views & downloads. He also runs parties at the famous ‘Lightbox’ Club in London with ‘Certified Jackin’ which have been a huge success.

Vancouver based DJ/Production couple, Josh & Dani, describe themselves as “Spiritual Gangtsas,” which not only pronounces the yin and yang of their individual journeys, but also their mixed spectrum of musical influence. Whether it’s house, hip hop, speed garage, trap or UK inspired basslines, their production and live DJ sets are always characterized by a high-energy, multi-genre blend of deep, wobbly, rolling basslines and four to the floor, bouncy beats.
Built on a solid foundation of local support, Average Gypsy have earned a reputation always delivering a top-notch performance. Known for their captivating stage presence, quick mixes and ability to flow through a wide range of selections, which are always cutting edge, never predictable and always dance-worthy. They’ve played numerous shows and festivals within Canada, such as Astral Harvest Music Festival (AB) and Motion Notion Music Festival (BC), and are starting to gain the attention of a global audience, playing festivals such as Genius Loci (Baja, Mexico) and One Love Fest (California, US). Recently, Average Gypsy have played several shows in the Southern California region and have toured in the US, Spain and Mexico.
Average Gypsy hustles. Their tireless work ethic, dedication to continuous improvement and to honing their sound is reflected not only in their live performances, but also in their production. Their last three releases through Sheppard Records have all charted on Beatport and Hypeddit. Their debut EP, “On Yo Block!” reached #1 in Future House Releases and #30 of all releases on Beatport. Their most recent EP, "Get Some Money" reached #1 in Bass House Releases on Beatport and still remains in the charts today. Josh & Dani are currently working on their debut album, which is 7-track story album. Each track representing a pivotal moment in their journey together thus far.

They have recently co-founded The Rise & Shine FamJam Fundraiser, a festival that donates 100% of the proceeds to charity.
