Hello, Victoria - brace yourselves… SMUT SLAM IS COMING.

This high energy community storytelling open mic based on real life, real lust, real sex makes its Victoria premiere on Wednesday, March 13th at the Victoria Event Centre (1415 Broad Street).

The theme for this SMUT SLAM is "FIRSTS" - Because there's a first time for everything. If you have a sex life, or are trying to have one, you've got some firsts to share! Tell us all about solo experiments, happy accidents, surprise kinks, sex with strangers, and all your first time experiences (or giving someone else *their* first time experiencing something!) in the supportive environment of Smut Slam Victoria.

Created by professional perv Cameryn Moore and hosted by Florence Fatale and Keithsonic, Smut Slam features real-life, first-person sex stories, guest stories from our panel of celebrity judges, and also THE FUCKBUCKET, a convenient and funnily named receptacle for all your anonymous questions and confessions!

- Mehdi Naimi (Professional Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and Bodyworker, Lover and Artist)
- Carol Lynne Michaels (Producer and Co-Artistic Director of Confabulation Victoria)
- Capt Snowdon (Somatic Sex Educator, Anti-Violence Worker, and Poet)

- Njoy long-time sponsor of Smut Slams and other Cameryn Moore events.

- Sexpositive Shop
- Victoria Rein Premium Ass Whackers
- The Bump n Grind House
- Showgirl Sparkle
- Wet Coast Burlesque

SMUT SLAMMERS sign up on the night to tell a 5-minute dirty story, based on their real lives, and a lucky eight to ten names will be drawn at random. You can sign up at any point in the night but it's best to sign up early!

RULES: - no notes (this is storytelling) - no costumes or props (this is not theatre) - only five minutes (with a one-minute grace period) AND - the story must be real and have happened to you. Stories often are funny, but we want to encourage people to consider sharing their sad, disturbing, poignant, serious, and/or simple experiences, too.
More detailed guideline list is available at:

IMPORTANT: Smut Slam is queer-friendly, kink- AND vanilla-friendly, fat-friendly, sex worker-friendly, virgin-friendly, polyamory-friendly, we're really, really friendly. We welcome people with all types and amounts of sexual experiences. We DO NOT welcome stories involving racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or any other kind of discrimination, objectification, or fetishization. All stories must be CONSENSUAL! By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to conduct yourself with the utmost respect for everyone at this event. In the event that you do not, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

NOT A SMUT SLAMMER? Don't worry. The audience is in for a good time at SMUT SLAM! Sit back and enjoy. All we ask is: - No interrupting. - No heckling. - No necking. - What happens at Smut Slam stays at Smut Slam; if it's not your story, it's not your story to tell. (Think of it as our own mini-Las Vegas!) -

Doors open at 7:00PM - come in early for a good seat! - and the smut starts slamming at 8:00PM.

ADMISSION is $15/advance, $20/cash at door - 19+/no minors

SMUT SLAM is CREATED by Cameryn Moore, an award-winning playwright/performer, sex activist and educator, and former phone sex operator. When not performing, traveling, or actually having sex herself, Cameryn writes Sidewalk Smut: custom typewritten erotica as street performance and literary art.

The only way into the VEC is up 27 wood stairs, 11″ deep, 6″ high. There are wooden 2.5” handrails 38” up the wall on each side of the staircase (54” apart, so not graspable on both sides at once).
