Event Description
Throughout her spectacular career, singer-songwriter and Broadway actress Morgan James has taken on beloved roles and songs to give them her own unique perspective. She has recorded and toured internationally with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox, which performed at TD Victoria International JazzFest 2017. Now, James has set her sights on the Beatles’ White Album. While each song is performed in its original key, James provides a soulful vibe and feminine flair to these classics. James’ current tour across Europe, Canada, and the U.S., White to Blue, celebrates both the Beatles’ White Album and Joni Mitchell’s Blue album. She first performed in Victoria at TD JazzFest in 2018. Opening the evening will be singer-songwriter Elise LeGrow. This powerful combination of two sensational female voices is not to be missed at Elements Casino, the Platinum Room.
