Event Description

You are invited to a concert!
Julia Wedman is now working on completion of recording a CD of Johann Sebastian Bach’s unaccompanied Sonatas & Partitas for Violin.
We are supporting Julie to produce this CD by holding a fundraising concert. Funds will cover the cost of hiring a producer, renting a studio, CD production and design. This will be the first recording by a Canadian violinist specializing in historical performances. Julie would love to perform some of the Bach pieces for you!
Tickets to the concert are by Donation. Donations greater than $20.00 will receive a tax receipt. We will provide envelopes at the event requiring your name and address so we can mail you a receipt .Place your donation in the envelope. Please make cheques out to Gallery Players.
Julie will also be selling her CD’s from the Eybler Quartet, I Furiosi Baroque Ensemble and her CD of Biber’s Mystery Sonatas at the concert. All proceeds will go to the Bach CD Project.
All your contributions big and small will help Julie move forward in this CD Project.
