A Fathers Day event for Jazzy Dads! CanUS welcomes Jim Armstrong on trombone and vocals. 15 years of touring with CanUS and appearing on all 8 CanUS CD's, Jim was integral to the success of CanUS and a founding member of the original quartet formed in 1991 . A move to White Rock a few years ago meant replacing him with our own special star, Mike Broadley on trumpet and together with Al Pease, clarinet and tenor sax will present a front line unparalleled in their collective musicianship. Along with Joey Smith on bass, Toni Blodgett on piano and Don Leppard, drummer it is a very special opportunity for us all so get your favourite table booked and come join us! New Orleans Jazz, Blues, and early swing and even a dance floor. Open to all ages.
