Taryn Walker’s drawing series “The Things That Keep Me Up At Night” is an exploration of daily anxieties, annoyances, and unexpected surprises. The installation features 100 tiny drawings that act as small sentences which work together to imply a larger narrative. Despite evoking narrative qualities, “The Things That Keep Me Up At Night” does not follow a linear storyline. Instead it invites viewers to find their own sense of meaning and challenge traditional notions of illustration.
