Audiences of The Sooke Community Choir have learned to expect the unexpected! From beautiful arrangements of well-known folk music to distinctly classical performances to hard-rockin’ guitar tunes with ‘The Band’, these singers love to perform and it shows!
The “HITS!” show coming your way in May slams together fresh arrangements from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s, with a distinctly popular flavour and rock band accompaniment. You can look forward to hearing chart-toppers made popular by Toto, Adele, Ed Sheeran, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Radiohead, Pentatonix and Stevie Nicks as well as Michael Buble, Moses Hogan and Neil Diamond. Soloists, ensembles, costuming and venue décor enhance the audience's enjoyment. All in all, a fabulous and fun repertoire completely new and different. Definitely not one to be missed!
