Event Description

he Line by choreographer Lori Hamar embraces a clothesline to physically depict commonality among people and the individual struggle toward developing a sense of others. Dancers Francesca Frewer and Stacey Horton move from confronting the line to being suspended in clothing hanging on the line. They inhabit an ambiguous space of concealing and revealing.

The ensemble Continuum Consort will play live. Their presence is inherent to the choreography through engagement with dancers, live video, and manipulation of the clothesline.
