Event Description
This coming Victoria Day, Monday May 22nd the Maritime Museum of BC and The Union Club of British Columbia will be hosting a free, family-friendly event and we would like to extend the invitation to you and visitors of the Gordon Head Rec Centre.
Free and open to the public, the Victoria Day Block Party (on Humboldt Street, between Government and Douglas) will be celebrating Canada’s 150th and the Union Club’s new National Historic Site status with events and activities, including performers, bands, a bouncy castle, interactive Lego Builds, face-painting, food vendors, a beer garden, and much more!
All activities and admission to the museum will be by donation, with proceeds going to support the museum’s school and outreach programs.
