Victoria Fiddle Society (VFS) - Community Potluck, Jam and Dance
Please join us on Friday, June 2nd in Wheeley Hall located directly behind Esquimalt United Church (500 Admirals Road). Entrance is off Lyall Street.
Do-si-do, swing your partner, and sashay home - but, before we get to the dancing we'll eat and then jam.

Everyone Welcome Community Barn Dance with Caller Calvin Cairns 8:00 pm ’til we drop
Bring your instrument and be part of the VFS band. All ages and all instruments are more than welcome. The VFS Band will be lead by Nellie Quinn and Ivonne Hernandez. Joining us for the evening will also be Victoria’s youth fiddle ensemble Coastline and from Alberta the Calgary Fiddlers. It’s gonna' be a party!!
You will enjoy learning some Canadian social dances, contra dances, and maybe even a square dance. You will learn everything you need to know to dance the night away. The evening is intended to be fun and accessible for the whole community! We guarantee you will have the time of your life!
So polish your shoes or boots and come READY to DANCE!
