In the luxurious Crystal Ballroom, start celebrating the New Year with an extravagant buffet dinner catered by the Hilton's Executive Chef, while Saxophonist Paul Choisil, serenades under sparkling chandeliers. Then, DJ Alibaba and Daddy Mikey get the party going until way past the champagne toasts at midnight.
