Event Description

The Carolina Bluebirds enjoy sharing their love of cheerful and moving songs from the early- to mid-1900's, and introducing audiences to rarely-heard gems that were popular in their time.

Caroline Covil (vocals) is joined by Graeme Card (guitar, vocals and occasional kazoo) and Ian Johnston (guitar, ukulele, banjo ukulele and vocals).

Ian and Graeme are long-time musicians in Victoria: you may have heard Ian with bands such as Rig-A-Jig, The Slowpokes and The Garden City Blue Blowers; and Graeme with The Jug Bandits, The Chattering Class, and Humphrey and the Dump Trucks. Caroline’s clear and sweet soprano vocals and warm delivery suit the music perfectly and balance the ragtime guitar pickers.

Come and bring along friends and family for this wonderful evening!

We will open up the evening with the open stage
