Please help us extend the welcome! 100+ local artists & artisans are helping us welcome and support Syrian refugees in Victoria by creating unique and original birdhouses to be auctioned off on Tues Mar 29, 2016 at Laurel Point Inn, 7pm.
“There’s No Place Like Home” will include a live auction with Roshan Vickery, a silent auction, light refreshments, cash bar, and more surprises! The Tom Vickery Trio featuring Tom Vickery (piano), Rob Johnson (bass) and Kelby MacNayr (drums) will provide live music.
Proceeds will go to sponsoring Syrian refugee families in the Victoria area through the Anglican Diocese. Tickets for "There's No Place Like Home" are available from St George's Cadboro Bay, Christ Church Cathedral, St Dunstan's, St John the Divine, St Mary's Oak Bay, St Barnabas, The Shieling, Ivy's Bookstore, and online.
