Event Description

We will be exploring highlights from the prolific catalogue of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, while we do our own musical-myth-busting about his relationship with Antonio Salieri. This concert presents some of Wolfgang Amadeus' most beautiful anthems and sacred works culminating in a performance of the Coronation Mass K.317 (Krönungsmesse - Mass No.15) The choir will be accompanied by organ, or organ and strings and the Mass will benefit from the full panoply of the classical orchestra with the addition of winds, brass and timpani.
