Grizzly Waves is Luke MacDonald, a Canadian singer-songwriter who writes folk songs filled with passion about life, love, travel and the pursuit of something beyond our realities. Catch him on the Road to Raincoast tour this fall supporting his latest release "The Wild Life: Part One", which is also raising funds for Raincoast Conservation Foundation. (www.grizzlywaves.com)
Marina Lagacé was born in the praries, raised by the rockies and now calls Vancouver home. Her unique song-writing reflects a wide range of influences, from musical theatre to psychedelic funk. Classically trained in voice, Marina has since been exploring jazz, folk and rock. Armed with provocative stories to tell, and a voice that must be heard, Marina creates an engaging performance every time.
