Event Description
University of Victoria Wind Symphony: One Ring to Rule Them All!
Dr. Gerald King conducts Johan de Meij’s award-winning Symphony No. 1: The Lord of the Rings, as well as John Mackey's Sheltering Sky. Additional works on the program include Salvation is Created (Russian) and Prairie, Ride and Sunset (Canadian) both conducted by Graduate Assistant Conductor, David P. Gagnon.
Tickets available at the UVic Ticket Centre (250-721-8480 /www.tickets.uvic.ca) and at the door. Complimentary tickets are available for UVic students with valid ID, if reserved in advance. Tickets are $5 for UVic students at the door.
