Bring-It-On Cabaret: Carolina Bluebirds, Open Mic

The Carolina Bluebirds are featured at the Bring-It-On Cabaret on Friday October 17. The evening begins with an open mic at 7:30 pm - call Jim at 250-383-4001 to sign-up for the roster.

The Carolina Bluebirds enjoy sharing their love of cheerful and moving songs from the early- to mid-1900's, and introducing audiences to rarely-heard gems that were popular in their time. Caroline Covil (vocals) is joined by Graeme Card (guitar, vocals and occasional kazoo) and Ian Johnston (guitar, ukulele, banjo ukulele and vocals). Ian and Graeme are long-time musicians in Victoria: you may have heard Ian with bands such as Rig-A-Jig and the Garden City Blue Blowers; and Graeme with The Jug Bandits, The Chattering Class, and Humphrey and the Dump Trucks.
