Event Description

THE SHAKUHACHI QUEST: An Epic Journey into the Soul of Music is a new one man play by Vancouver storyteller, Jim Sands that will make its debut this summer at the Victoria Fringe Theatre Festival.

Sands has been described as “a gregarious and engaging storyteller” (Calgary Herald). His previous show, CHARLIE: A Hockey Story has delighted audiences in Fringe Festivals across Canada and has been described as “honest, heartfelt and well-crafted” (Edmonton Vue Weekly) and as “one of the best storytelling shows I have ever seen.” (The Craig, Victoria).
