Event Description

"Three Toonies for Tunes on Tuesdays"...casual drop-in sings hosted by Gettin’ Higher Choir & High Noon Choir community members under the direction of Gloria Hansen. You are invited!

Whether you have been hesitant to sing in the presence of others all your life, you are a singer of long experience or you are somewhere in between – we invite you to drop-in and sing with us. All voices welcome!

Every Tuesday in August, 7:30 to 9:00

In the Gettin’ Higher Choir and High Noon Choir we sing out the simple philosophy that singing is our birthright; an essential activity for personal and community health and vitality. We are not associated with any religion or spiritual path, but seek to embrace and celebrate humanity’s highest aspirations through music. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds and offer a drop-in repertoire consisting of traditional new and easy-to-learn songs, rounds and chants from many cultures.

No singing experience is required, just a desire to sing in harmony with others. We think you’ll love the experience.

For online / livestream events. This will allow you to include a livestream url and have it featured in our livestream listings.

List an Ongoing Event

For events that run over a range of consecutive dates. i.e. Art show, museum show etc.

Submit a Profile to the Directory

List an Individual Artist / Artisan / Musician
