The Choir is a unique choral group that sings original arrangements of contemporary and popular music outside the realm of traditional choir repertoire. We will be singing songs by Robyn, Jonsi, Grizzly Bear, Sufjan Stevens, Gillian Welch, Bon Iver, Basia Bulat, Vampire Weekend and backups for Aidan Knight!
We are a 70+ member, non-auditioned choir and each session lasts approximately 12 weeks. Directed by Marc Jenkins and accompanied by Danuel Tate on piano, organ and synthesizer. Arrangements by Marc Jenkins, Julia Wakal and Mike Atkinson (also guest conductor).

AIDAN KNIGHT
Aidan Knight is a Victoria-based songwriter and namesake for the Canadian experimental folk quintet. Knight has also performed and recorded with The Zolas, Hannah Georgas, Dan Mangan, and We Are the City.
