A sudden noise reverberates through city blocks like a foreboding siren late into the night. The wail of guitars and the crash of cymbals shake windows and wake up nearby neighbours from their rest as the musician's urgent movement brings forth a new light in a sleeping city. Midnight Runners perform their songs amidst the evening’s tranquillity and unrest is stirred into an oblique fixation. But this is no random feat. Knowingly, Rhejis Wicks howls the melody with his heartfelt admissions to the human condition and honest depictions of the contemporary soul. With a stranglehold on the neck of his guitar, Joel Lexon steps forward and ruthlessly hurls the listener into a torrent of virtuoso lead licks that amplify this message. Upon his spectacular finale, Joel leaves Andy Lee and his concise bass riffs to compound with Jesse Harder’s accented rhythm section to collide like emotional clockwork, keeping a precise time and foundation. Together, a melodic concoction has been created that captivates the imagination of all passer-bys

Formed in 2010, Chelsea's Tail is a 3-piece hard rock/post-hardcore band from Vancouver, BC. Their brand of rock is a mix of post-hardcore, progressive and modern rock with influences such as Coheed & Cambria and Story of the Year. They play shows mostly around Downtown Vancouver and can be found on most social media outlets.
