This launch is a celebration, a happening, a performance, an opportunity to express what you think creative culture is, (and an invitation to be surprised of some other definitions as well)

The event is free, though we will be accepting the donation of your ideas. Together, let's visualize all the different kinds of arts and cultural heritage throughout the Cowichan Valley.
